A complete remodel of this formerly
outdated Lake Summit house that
included a 3' lift to increase ceiling
height on the lower level.

1,020 sq.' of porches were added to
the side and rear elevation, which in
combination with new exterior stairs,
functionally turned the house to face
the Summit Landing commons area
and boat launch.
